For Servant Leaders & Mentors

It Is All Done For You

Thirty-five thousand hours of curriculum. You bring a willing heart.

You do not need a theology degree, and you do not need to prepare lessons. Open the manual and lead. Everything you would otherwise spend years writing has already been written, tested and refined.

Taking people from a pagan background to a societal reformer with a biblical worldview — within 12 months or less.

The Coach’s Mandate

Before you decide you’re not qualified

What’s already done for you

You are not being asked to write a course, design a programme, or invent a method.

  • 35,000 hours of curriculum, already written

Bible verses, commentary, filled-in answers, discussion questions. Yours to pick up and use.

  • A clear four-phase pathway

Prayer strategy, destiny, foundations, sending. In order, already mapped.

  • All 7 Mountains mapped

You do not have to work out where each disciple belongs on your own.

  • No degree or qualification required

You are not expected to be a pastor or a Bible college graduate. You never were.

Nothing to prepare from scratch. You just need to show up.

The System You Will Run

Four Phases, Already Built

This is the toolkit you hold, not a road you personally travel again.

  1. Prayer Strategy

    Opens the heavens

Before anything else, prayer opens the heavens over your disciples’ lives. This phase equips your group with a clear intercessory framework for breakthrough, protection and divine connection.

    • Intercessory prayer framework established
    • Spiritual atmosphere prepared
    • Heavens opened over your sphere
  2. Evangelism & Salvation

    Harvesting

With the heavens open, you go to harvest. This phase equips you and your group to lead people to Christ naturally, within relationships you already have.

    • Confident, natural evangelism
    • New believers coming in
    • A group that reproduces itself
  3. Find Your Destiny

    Encounter, identity & healing

You take your disciples through the Encounter Weekends — the part graduates consistently name as the turning point.

    • Disciples healed and set free
    • Identity secured in Christ
    • Calling beginning to surface
  4. Growing Deep and Strong

    Biblical foundations & maturity

The foundations phase. Your disciples move from being fed to feeding themselves, and from attending to leading.

    • Biblical worldview established
    • Disciples able to disciple others
    • Your centre multiplying

Why This Multiplies

Raising disciples who raise disciples.

From spectators to legislators. Servant leadership ensures that revival becomes reformation, and reformation becomes legacy.

Equipping societal reformers

Help them find their mountain

You will help each person you disciple discover who they are, and step into the sphere of influence they were built for.

The result of your work

This is what you’ll produce

Are those under your care growing stronger, freer, and more capable? If yes — leadership is healthy, and the movement is multiplying.

  • Fully healed and set free

Every disciple under your care deals with what they brought in, rather than carrying it further.

  • Grounded in biblical foundations

They can read, understand and apply Scripture without depending on you to do it for them.

  • Identity secure in Christ

Sonship settled, so approval and performance stop driving their decisions.

  • Destiny and mountain clarified

They know which of the seven spheres they are called to, and why.

  • A biblical worldview established

They carry the government of God into every part of their life, not just the religious part.

  • A societal reformer

Carrying Christ into their workplace, family, community or field.

  • Ready to disciple others

Mature enough to pass on what they received — which is how a centre becomes a movement.

  • The manuals are fantastic. They outlined and gave direction on what to speak about.

    Certified Coach

  • The manuals are fantastic. They outlined and gave direction on what to speak about, what questions to bring up and discuss, and gave us guidelines. We each had three to five people to coach.

Before You Apply

Questions Coaches Ask

I’ve never taught anyone. Can I really do this?

Yes, and most of our coaches said the same thing before they started. The manual carries the teaching. What you bring is presence, consistency and care.

How many people should I coach at once?

Three to five is the sweet spot. Small enough that nobody hides, large enough for real discussion.

How much preparation time does each session take?

Read the session through beforehand — usually half an hour. The lesson plan, verses, answers and discussion prompts are already written.

Do I need to be certified before I begin?

Yes. There is a pre-interview, an interview and a certification process. It exists to protect the people you will be discipling, and it is not onerous.
