The Four Steps of the Pathway

The order matters. Healing and freedom come first, then identity, then purpose, then influence.

    Encounter with God

    Focus: Healing, freedom and a secure identity in Christ.

    Before anything is built, the ground is cleared. This is where past wounds, bondages and false identities are dealt with honestly, in a safe group, with someone walking beside you.

  2. Step 2 · Growing Deep and Strong

    Biblical Foundations

    Focus: A coherent biblical worldview you can actually explain.

    Doctrine stops being abstract. You learn how Scripture fits together, why it matters, and how to read it for yourself without depending on somebody else to interpret it for you.

  3. Step 3 · Sent with Purpose

    7 Mountain Mandate Identification

    Focus: Discovering which sphere of society you are called to.

    Calling is specific. This module helps you identify which of the seven mountains of cultural influence you are actually built for — and what it looks like to carry the kingdom into it.

Questions People Ask

How much time does it take each week?

One group session a week, plus around an hour of personal discovery work in your manual. Most people find the personal work is the part they end up looking forward to.

Do I need to know my Bible first?

No. A significant number of people begin having never read it. The pathway is built to take someone from no background at all, which is exactly why the foundations module exists.

What if there’s no coach near me?

Tell us where you are on the application and we will look. Where there is no local centre we can often connect you with a coach running an online group.

I’ve been a Christian for decades. Is this too basic for me?

It is a fair question, and the honest answer is that long-standing believers are often the ones most surprised by the Encounter Weekends. Foundations are not the same thing as beginner content.

    Personally. Every application is read by someone, not scored by software.

  3. We match you with the nearest certified coach

    In person where there is a coach near you, online where there is not. Both work.

  4. You are introduced and connected

    A real introduction to a real person, before anything begins.

  5. Your training begins

    Module 1, with your coach alongside you.

The pathway does not finish with you. Graduates who are ready can apply for certification, open a training centre, and start the whole thing again with somebody else.
