Inside the Programme

The Curriculum

Four sequential modules, built and refined over 35,000 hours.

Nothing here is theoretical. Every page has been used with real groups, revised, and used again. Below is what the pathway actually contains, phase by phase.

Phase by Phase

What Each Module Covers

Each phase builds on the one before it. The order is not negotiable, because restoration comes before release.

  1. Module 1 · Nine weeks

    Biblical Foundations

Find Your Destiny — Encounter with God

Healing, freedom, and a secure identity in Christ.

The Encounter Weekends sit at the heart of this phase. Past wounds and bondages are dealt with, forgiveness is given and received, and identity is settled before anything is built on top of it.

    • Encounter One Weekend
    • Forgiveness and release
    • Generational patterns
    • Sonship and identity
  2. Module 2 · Nine weeks

    Freedom from Bondage

    Restoration before release

Dealing with what was carried in, before anything is built on top of it.

The module the pathway is ordered around. Past wounds, generational patterns and unforgiveness are addressed directly — not managed, not reframed. Nobody is sent anywhere carrying what they came in with.

    • Encounter One Weekend
    • Forgiveness given and received
    • Generational patterns
    • Freedom from bondages
  3. Module 3 · Nine weeks

    Who Am I?

    Identity and secure sonship

Knowing who you are, and whose you are, before being asked to lead anything.

Identity is settled here. Not self-esteem and not personality — sonship. This is the module that turns a freed person into a secure one, and it is why the pathway produces leaders rather than volunteers.

    • Sonship and adoption
    • Lies broken, truth established
    • Personal Discovery study method
    • Encounter Two Weekend
  4. Module 4 · Nine weeks

    Servant Leadership

Sent with Purpose — the Societal Reformer Journey

Identifying your mountain, and being sent into it.

The final phase turns formation outward. You identify which of the seven mountains you are called to, and what carrying the kingdom into it looks like in practice.

    • 7 Mountain Mandate
    • Servant leadership
    • Discipling others
    • Graduation and sending

See Inside

Nobody should have to guess what a course looks like before committing to it. These are actual pages.

  • Disciple’s Manual — session opening

  • Personal Discovery — weekly study page

  • Coach’s Manual — filled-in answers

  • Encounter Weekend — running order

A note on how long this takes

Groups move at different speeds, and that is by design. The modules are sequential rather than timed to the day: a group that needs longer on the Encounter Weekends takes longer, because rushing that phase undermines everything built on top of it.

As a guide, most groups complete the full pathway within twelve months. Your coach will set the pace with you at the start.

Editor’s note: the source documents quote 19 weeks, 37 weeks, four nine-week modules and “12 months or less” in different places. Settle on one figure and use it consistently across every page — this paragraph is a placeholder until you do.

Whichever side of the pathway you are on, it begins with a short application.
